"Checkout issues and a really slow order"
Has anyone else had trouble with the checkout here? Mine froze twice while I was trying to place the order, and then the order itself still took forever to arrive. Not sure if I just had bad timing, but the whole experience felt messy.

"Prices seem fair"
Overall, the prices seemed good to me. Nothing really felt overpriced, and compared to some other places I’ve looked at, it was just… yeah, fair

"Easy enough return, especially for a size swap"
I had to exchange my fins for a bigger size, and overall it was painless. The return took a few days to get checked in, so if you’re in a rush before a trip it might feel a little annoying. But customer support did reply to my email, and the new pair showed up without any issues. Not a flawless process, but for a simple exchange I’d be comfortable ordering from Scuba.com again.

"I stopped in thinking I’d be..."
I stopped in thinking I’d be able to grab a few basic pieces, and the store itself looked fine at first glance. The racks were organized enough and they did seem to carry the usual gear, so I walked around for a bit checking things out. After a while, though, I realized a lot of the sizes and colors I needed just weren’t there. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get what I came for, which was frustrating.

"They just don’t respond"
I tried getting in touch with scuba.com about my order, and it felt like nobody there ever answers anything. I sent emails, waited for days, and when I did get something back it wasn’t even useful. It’s so frustrating because you’re usually just looking for one simple answer and these places make it impossible. I wouldn’t bother ordering from them again

"I ordered a mask and a few small..."
I ordered a mask and a few small things, and overall it went fine. Shipping was actually quicker than I expected, and the tracking updated well enough so I wasn’t totally in the dark. It did show up a day later than the first estimate though, which was a little frustrating because I kept waiting around for it. Everything arrived in good shape, so I’d still say it was a good experience.
